The beautiful mother and son has been a theme for artists since ancient times. The spirit of the holiday season seems to inspire this eternal idea out of me again and again. This is our most joyful time of year in the west and I hope this painting portrays a little of the joy and love of the Christmas passion for family love. Merry Christmas to all.
