ATLANTA 1970 - Collage and Acrylics
|
This is part of a series I began several years ago taking inspiration from old photographs of Atlanta to organize my paid. This was collage with a loose interpretation of what the skyline of Atlanta looked like at that time, and painted over. This was when the tallest building was the Regency with blue Polaris on top. Some of the collage items used are old monoprints, airline tickets, newspapers. Hope you enjoy!
