Not only did I grow up in the town of Clemson, but I am a graduate of Clemson University. One thing that our campus is full of is beautiful flowers and landscapes. Tiger Lily flowers, orange roses always remind me of my beautiful hometown.
Techniques used in this work were the use of dark under-painting and contrasting highlights mostly applied with a "dry" paint knife.
