"A Single Ginkgo Leaf"

Inspired by my artist friend and fellow Daily Painters of Georgia poster, Hellenne Vermillion, who paints beautiful color paintings of Ginkgo leaves, I tried my hand at this leaf which reminds me of Japan where I lived during my childhood. (Both Hellenne and I are Military Brats who attended the same DoD high school in Japan).
There is a Ginkgo tree in Technology Park, Norcross, GA which should be turning yellow and shedding it's leaves soon. This little leaf was nspired by Hellenne and painted studying that tree leaf.
