This peacock, by far, was the most fun painting of the month! I treated the canvas almost as if I were molding a jewel filled broach. The thick gold paint coupled with the deep viridians, cobalts, and yellow greens made this peacock come to life in an instant. I almost feel as if this peacock could talk back if spoken to...
