"Sumac Light," Palette Knife Oil Painting by Marsha Hamby Savage

Sumac Light is an oil painting done as a demonstration in a workshop I just gave in Dahlonega, GA. The painting is an 11"x14" done on an Ampersand Gessoboard with a palette knife. The scene is from the Blue Ridge, GA area of our beautiful North Georgia mountains. See more of my work at www.marshasavage.com. You can learn more about what I do also on my blog: www.marshasavage.blogspot.com.
