Yellow Finch

The yellow finch is one of my favorite birds here in Georgia. I love the bright yellow feathers that contrast with the black ones. When I put out a sock of thistle seed, they flock to it. Watching them at the feeder inspired me to paint one. This acrylic painting is done on 6x6 wrapped canvas.
