Beating the Winter Blues by Durinda Cheek

White Roses
oil on linen
20 x 16
Since I decided to stay in north Georgia over the winter instead of my usual SW Florida beach house, I had to keep my spirits up by painting florals in the studio. Then for some unknown reason I kept choosing white flowers to paint instead of brightly colored ones. Maybe the winter snows were affecting me? This is available currently in my studio.
